LB2 Halo only gets 10 more spec prio over Flash while losing on a pretty big mood effect and the race bonus (which isn't as important when training for CM I guess, but it's good to have it still), I'd keep Flash at MLB. If you happen to get Halo to LB3 the spec prio jumps to 60, at that point I'd use her over Flash
