What a coincidence, I am currently watching Ninku. Was surprised to learn that just about every aspect I liked about it was apparently anime original. Makes me wonder if the manga gets better later on but right now there are 0 TLs

It doesn't really count since it's more like an non-canon AU reboot than an adaptation and the original audio dramas are accompinied with live action images so not really anime either
