Some of these are good ideas. the issue comes from the fact, unless someone ends up hosting a really really big server- I can't see many people hosting their own.
Entrusting one person with the IPs of every /xivg/ user thats unrealted to /xivg/? Having some random /xivg/er host it? Eh.
DJs are also always shit at venues and not real DJs, who cares.
