Manami is a genuine sociopath. She manipulated Kyousuke into becoming the loser he is nowadays instead of reaching his peak potential, she tormented Kirino into thinking that even liking her brother platonically was sick, and when she confronts them about their relationship, she (hypothetically but still) threatens to go straight to their father if they don't break up. You're free to think Kirino and Kyousuke being together is gross but don't go and act like Manami is a pure sweet angel because she's not.
Ayase is also evil but for different reasons.
