im 250lbs a bit fat, i was wondering since im 32 should I start doing cardio and trying to get lean before I start a cycle of T?
i was weightlifting last year for like 7 months and I did gain like 30lbs of muscle but im still fat because i didnt do any cardio at all.
Is it worth starting a cycle of Testosterone or should I just cut until my stomach is flat before starting it?
