I use SwarmUI so I have both comfy and a custom frontend that's like forge/A1111, and I mostly use that one. If I were to use comfy tab I would probably use the model library to add and check the trigger words.

I'm guessing a model library doesn't come prepackaged with comfy and you don't have it.
