Like in theory I think it's supposed to be a high risk card where you might get trash or give your opponent something really strong, and it forces you to be adaptable and figure out how best to use a random set of cards on the fly right? But what actually ends up happening is people just play it on echoes which are rewarded for spending mana even if they just waste it (Dumbledore is easily the worst offender) so it's always a net positive no matter what, and then like 50% of the time it gives thousands of HP of summon spam that can't be killed unless you happen to have a big AoE in hand... and then even if you did it messes with your deck so it might get taken away. Also if you're about to lose there is absolutely no downside to it, because either you get a bad roll and continue losing, or you get a good roll and are handed the win even though you did nothing to earn it.

And then it's extra obnoxious if you're using an echo like Harry or Voldemort which requires specific cards to function, so if the opponent spams it with Priori you are literally just playing without an echo and that's miserable.

I haven't as yet, but I do want to get a set... that said I'm not sure if the official HP store is the best place; I find a lot of the time you can get unofficial merch from like Etsy and such for cheaper and with better quality. I haven't actually looked with regards to robes so I can't say for sure but it's worth checking!
