ive never been able to. even as a kid. i always asked my parents/family/friends if they hated me growing up, still do with my mom sometimes. ive only ever wanted to feel deserving of love to feel love on a fundamental level. i tried finding things to feel deserving of it but never really got anywhere. i cope so so much lel
