The fuckery seems to be centered around Charlie's mother. I have seen about 9 different names, from Kimberly/Kim & Kathryn/Katy, with variations. There are records in Prospect Heights IL address of Kathryn connected to Robert & Charles. If this is his mother, it would seem you are correct. someone needs to dig deeper into the genealogy!
