I believe that it was the Chinese, back in the day, I stumbled across a website where they had made a tool to inject sprite sheets into the RMZ3 rom from a sheet of Zero's sprites. That's where that old X styled Zero rom hack came from. I wish I had saved it and archived it for someone else at the time despite having no interest in rom hacking myself but I was a dumb teenager.
