yeah...interviews are basically calling people out on their bullshit resumes, EVERYONE LIES except for the people who underestimate themselves (its so fucking backwards)
the first time i ever did technical interviews the guy we ended up hiring (not a saar) answered some questions kinda funny and i gave him the benefit of the doubt as to what he meant
that was a HUGE mistake that i paid dearly for
he was very good a saying random tech jargon he thought applied to the situation, but didnt actually know what he was doing
8 months later, every client site he had ever visited called us to tell us never to send that guy again and we eventually fired him...
i had been complaining for at least 5 of those 8 months once i realized it wasnt just a learning curve issue
