I agree, yet on the other hand, I believe we need much more infrastructure. First and foremost, we need to further develop our highway system; too many Interstates are incomplete at present, with construction delayed far too long. Furthermore, we need new pipelines, railways, and port infrastructure for industrial purposes.

As far as nuclear plants go, I've heard of them being near refineries. For example, St. Charles Parish has many refineries, including in Hahnville and Norco, as well as both nuclear and non-nuclear energy plants and other industrial plants.

We could definitely build back up to 300+ refineries. The only problem is making sure they can sell their products. Do we really only have 132 refineries? Yikes.
