Why couldn't Subterranean Press do hardcover Limited Editions for Book of the Long Sun and Short Sun?

Folio Society has BOTNS, but probably wouldn't do less popular works of Wolfe.

Subterranean Press, however, did a short story collection for Gene Wolfe recently that collected 6 previously uncollected short stories. These sold out pretty fast, and it was just a random short story collection. Why couldn't they do Long Sun and Short Sun too? I have to imagine they would be even more profitable. Short Sun is desperately in need of better covers as well. The only good one is a 2001 small press omnibus version that has long been out of print.
