I did Grew Up and stop believing in Santa Claus.
Then I saw all the people who also ostensibly "grew up" who were angry at Santa Claus and crafting policy around banning Santa Claus and holding events to mock Santa Claus and targeting believers in Santa Claus for punishment and going out of their way to be antisocial assholes to the people who did believe in Santa Claus, and I saw what kind of evil depravity the people who didn't believe in Santa Claus got up to in order to prove that there was no Santa Claus, to include promoting known-to-be-harmful degenerate sexual immorality, murdering the disicples of Santa Claus, burning any evidence of Santa Claus and ultimately rejecting the very concepts of Good and Bad.
