In the Wycliffe Bible, which pre-dates the KJV, Jesus says to "Worship thy Father and thy Mother." In Kabbalah, the second letter of YHWH represents Shekhinah. Shekhinah=Holy Spirit=Barbelo=Shakti=Chochmah=Wisdom which is always referred to as feminine in the Bible and Chochmah is a feminine noun in Hebrew. This verse being misunderstood as "honor" is why so many people say the verse where Jesus says "whoever doesn't hate their father and mother cannot be my disciple" is a contradiction. It's because Jesus was referring to the true Father and Mother of everyone, not your earthly parents.
