They're intimidated by jargon that's thrown around by medical professionals. Your average Homer Simpson IQ couple that makes up the foundation of America, but also Australia, South Korea, everywhere else that American culture has touched, is confronted with medicalized sexual torture and mutilation as "prophylactic against this or that disease" and they are lied to and said "it is physically impossible to hurt the baby." How that they can believe as the baby shrieks until its lungs collapses and faints may well be asked but the point is, they are subhuman taxcattle goyim. They could not find their asses with both hands, and their information is suppressed and censored. A simple wikipedia search could show plainly that the claim to cleanliness and prophylaxis is science fiction comedy levels of retardation, but not for completely tamed goycattle.
