Like other anon said, only 3 members of the original's show's staff came back for this season (excluding VAs of course where everyone came back aside from Kneesocks' VA, Panty's VA was retired as well but came back for this one season only), the director said he wanted to train the "new blood" so they can follow his vision/style in the making of video, but I don't think he did a very good job training any of them so far at all

They look souless without the massive pink lips, even the manga had racist jokes, this season feels less way less "edgy" than season 1, the closer I could compare it is to "Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon" where all the "adult jokes" were just grossout, but even "Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon" had a 4 minutes long nude scenes of 2 women with big boobs taking a shower

I kinda buy that anon's theory from a previous thread that the change of lips from pink to brown in black characters was a last minute edit 'cuz when season 2 was initially announced in 2022 they actually had Garterbelt with pink lips still
