they really just need some very minor corrections to the face not to read as orcish. this took 5 minutes in photoshop, even a hobbyist like me could edit the texture and model in a few minutes to fix the problems. hell, you could probably do it with a sculpt layer or blend shapes which are non destructive and you wouldnt even need to actually remodel it.
