But do they? By all accounts they seem to waste more money when they could hire an out of college grad at a more discounted rate and actually teach him from the ground up how to perform based on their standard. Hiring these 40 somethings who are stuck in their ways to only work marginally better than a college graduate or offshoring to India to have them sham the job at below the minimum quality standard is retarded and I can't imagine at least a few prominent executives haven't sounded the alarm on this practice.
