I'm the 2nd anon you replied to but she became an actual character at the start of S2.5 with only 2 buffs, the ammo capacity is the biggest one. I loved her before that season and started using her more often afterwards as her biggest weakness was her crappy ammo capacity and how you'd sometimes have to reload to score a kill on someone but would too late in those circumstances.
