My next purchase will be a long ways off from now but I'm deciding between a 10mm (not glock because I just hate the plastic grip feel in my hand), a lever action, or a revolver .357

Yeah, there was very little to improve on in its design to acheive perfection. I did find the de-cocker very useful too. I was always happy with it. I sold it and got a M&P 9mm because the grip on it is just feels so amazing in my hand.
