Disciplines? Condense them! What do you mean it breaks everything from the past if you think about it?
Sects? Sabbat is now in the middle east and gave up most of their territories. Others are barely mentioned except for Anarchs.
Old Vampires? MIDDLE EAST! Elder and other old vampires are leaving for the middle east! You can be a Prince of the city even as a Neonate!
Combat? Skip it after the first few turns!
Actually keep track of your Blood? Nope, it's all chance!
Now we think about it, you are all too connected! Camarilla is now anti-technology (even though it wasn't in anyway in the past!, see image) ) and now there is a Second Inquisition that bombed the capital of Austria and blamed it on Muslims!
All the Bloodlines? CONDENSE THEM or never mention them!

I could go on but you are better of not touching V5 at all.
