when i was on EBT a long time ago from DSHS bennies, I would buy talenti ice cream and alcohol with my benefits card (ebt + cash). anything extra was sold to my H dealer for 50 cents on the dollar. then we would get high and eat ice cream and nod off all day in my gf's car. can't lie it was kino being a seattle druggie for several years. now i make a ton of money but life is super boring.
