And GV ended up understanding Nova's perspective. They each came to the conclusion that they would have done the same if put into the other's shoes. It was an excellent conclusion to their arc. I really wish GV1 and 2 would have ended with similar understanding endings, but I admire their commitment to bittersweet edge.
