What benefit even is there to living in the west lmfao?
Only immigrants have benefit because they send the money they earn here overseas where it has more buying and spending power due to exchange rates. That's the sole reason they come here, don't fucking kid yourself, if they didn't have families overseas nagging at them they wouldn't live here.

Everything else here is shit.
What the fuck is the point?
Everything is privatized or being privatized, everything costs too much money, housing and rent is ridiculous, stagnated infrastructure and tech, creeping corporate rule, banks / finance total occupation of government, ever-increasingly baffling laws; hell even the raison d'etre of being western, our much-vaunted freedom and liberality of speech is now being threatened, there's barely any careers left, all shops in most towns now just barbers/vape shops/phone repair stores, most jobs go nowhere and are do nothing bullshit, education bizarrely costs tens of thousands of pounds despite this being an apparent economic super-powerhouse; social problems, societal problems, issues with young people, everyone is despairing, political caste just seems to do what they want, what's even the fucking point?

Absolutely lost the fucking plot, the whole point of it all, chasing capital at the expense of any and everything else.

Oh our birth rates are going down because we've fucked everything up for young people so much they can't reproduce and are stuck in pointless rat races competing with each other in invisible lanes that go nowhere anyway.
Oh, I know! Let's just replace our own young people in their own country with foreigners sending money abroad, brilliant!!
End result: our country no longer exists because we've let "economists" use the guise of "the economy" to basically import colonize our own country in the name of chasing capital.
