Why are Biboo/IRyS/Mori's bots suddenly shut off right when NijiEN streamers finish their streams?

See August 18th. As soon as all eight NijiEN talents finished, IRyS's graph stopped and bled. Why would Holo's bots be affected by Niji's development?
