Perhaps I should reword:
Extremely smart people will see a map showing Chinese lands near some bases and immediately understand that this is intentional, particularly regarding many of the smaller farms (especially where in Missouri, North Dakota, and Colorado relatively small farms are just near bases despite the possibility to be somewhere relatively far from a base) and extremely dumb people will vote Democrat for the welfare.
Midwits are the majority of the population, and you need to cater to them by actually explaining not only "drones"
but also how a farm can actually deploy drones to attack US bases.
