Second place goes to the reptilians. Apparently they can shapeshift into humans so there's no real way of telling if they actually exist.

That being said they do tend to appear on TV from time to time. Are those proof that they really do exists or simple visual glitch that tricks people into thinking that they do exist is a real question that nobody seems to be able to give a clear response to.
