0.5 mm brass sheet, so like 24 gauge (?) for my amerifriends, bent with hand and hammer, segmented and joined together with minky liner (for her comfort) and copper rivets. Belt under belly and hinges on back for dressing and undressing. Also she caught really bad case of maretooth on the trip. Considering making some in anonfilly size for sale next year, but we'll see. Never done vendoring before.
