The most recent competition only just ended.
Garling: I understand... When I was taking action on another matter... I took lodging on that island for a brief period.
Those who live in that "unaffiliated country" have a culture of independence. I did make an attempt to suggest they affiliate with the World Government...
However, they would not give their consent... They also hold a large number of resources that would be tremendously profitable for us. And I discovered something else while I was there that was particularly incredible.
It was a discovery I truly never would have predicted.
