It's over
>Former Packers Hall of Fame QB Brett Favre, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's last September, says his symptoms are accelerating and he has stiffness on his right side, difficulty swallowing, and tremors.
>"What symptoms have sort of arised here lately, is like, I have a hard time swallowing. There's times where I think I'm choking. It's sort of scary because they can't fix that," Favre said.
>"I try not to think about it. I try to just focus on getting after the day. But, there are times during the day, maybe at night, when I can decompress...and I think I'm progressing a little bit."
>Parkinson's disease is a disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement, often including tremors. There is no known cure for the disease.
>Favre is 55 years old.
