Well, you could answer that question in a number of ways, I suppose. But from my perspective, if a family has gained and maintained significant power, prestige, and wealth for more than four generations, then you could classify them as an "elite bloodline". Of course, some of these families are much more powerful than others. But this at least demonstrates how these powerful families have held prominent leadership positions within various central banks.
