Can someone more knowledgable attempt to explain "the machine" to me? I will give more context.
There are times where I am staring off into space, day dreaming or whatever.
I will then regain focus and go back to what I was doing.
The weird part is that I always look back on my day dreaming as if I wasn't totally concious while I was doing it.
>Example
I am sitting in a public place like a mall, I start day dreaming.
I stop day dreaming. I think about what just happened.
While I was day dreaming, I kept hearing a "whirring" noise like a machine turbine spinning
Also, it seemed like I was able to hear everybody in the room at he same volume, a barrage of voices in my head.
I snap back, and it all goes away. Silence again, normal volume, no more machine.

I don't think I am the only one that experiences this, I think it is normal. I'm just curious about the phenomenon.
I have a friend who did DMT and he told me that while he was high he also heard the whirring noise.

I have also read a CIA paper once about conciousness and the Scientist who wrote the paper theorized that conciousness comes from a machine somewhere in space.

I am just curious about this or if I'm being stupid or what. I like learning about this stuff.
