Reuters published the main points of what Putin is reportedly ready to agree to for the war to stop. Obviously, this information is unconfirmed and from anonymous sources.
If this is what's really on the table, then Putin hasn't changed his demands and positions.
Ukraine is offered a freezing of the war and a de-facto capitulation, not an end to the war. It will probably last while the Russian troops regroup and prepare for a new invasion.
These are not concessions from Putin's side - these are steps to prepare for a new great war.
◾Ukraine's full withdrawal from Donetsk and Luhansk region;
◾Freezing the front line in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions;
◾Russia's withdrawal from Sumy and Kharkiv regions;
◾Formal recognition of Crimea as Russian;
◾Lifting at least some sanctions from Russia;
◾Official status of the Russian language in Ukraine and for the Russian Orthodox Church to operate freely;
◾Ukraine barred from joining NATO;
◾Some sort of security guarantees for Ukraine.
