Bina is extremely innocent and oblivious. What she says should be taking at face value because she looks at things much like a child would. Example her "scare game" which was actually Arlecchino trying to intimidate and Bina scaring the shit out of her thinking it was a fun game. The Tsaritsa being mean to her will just turn out to be something like the Tsaritsa trying to keep her safe. I could also see Pierro being very strict with her as well which she could see as mean.
