This game is just bunch of European libertarian nerds having a laugh. It 'satirizes' amerimutt military excesses but only from this kind of "heuheuheu these americans sure are silly and violent heuheuheu" looking down on it perspective, not from any kind of strong, opposing political view.
If you really want this game to have some kind of overarching moral message then it is that Democraps are the real racists.
