Even back in the 90's, supermarkets all wanted people to sign up all their information so they can get some kind of "rewards card", and that cultist-compliance trend has only accelerated since then. Back then they marketed to mindless cult-like shopper allegiance mentality, and now that same thing is happening in the online delivery sales paradigm.

When the biblical "Mark Of The Beast / Can't Buy Or Sell Without The Mark" happens, The supermarket cult will be at the forerunner of it. Online retailers are already pushing for a universal identification system and cashless e-currency society, it's only a matter of time.
