Rank Up seems obvious to me. Give him the option on his battery skill to [ApplyToSelf: Magical Core, 3 turns, 1 Time], making him die from using his NP, but giving him 50% NP damage up, or something.
He dies, his skill triggers, and your team gets invul.
That would make him pretty great. I have my Avi grailed at 100, but I rarely get to use him.
