im on day 26 or so and i dont know whats happening but I feel like something is changing in my mind or character for the better idk how to explain it

For the last several years my life has been a mess all around outside of my addiction to fapping, for the past while I've just kind of done nothing except for really just consuming stuff online and playing games. I always wanted to break out of that cycle but I never could. Right now and for the past several days i've felt an abnormal and weird state in my mind that I cant put into words, but I feel like my mind is going through a weird kind of change right now and even though it hurts right now I think it will be good long term.

I feel very out of the ordinary the longer i do SR but its in a good way, i think. I dont know
