Videos are an afterthought on Twitch, while videos are YouTube's bread and butter. Many of the bigger YouTube vtubers also have dedicated time stampers that allow you to quickly get caught up on a VOD. There's also third party sites that let you search for keywords in a vtuber's comment section, so as long as the time stamper caught that moment you can easily search it up later. It's a bit of a pain to create clips on YouTube though, and the chat is much worse. But it's great for archival purposes. I also like that you can use the automatically generated transcript to search things up in a VOD as well using Ctrl + F (Although Peo's too ESL to do that with because the AI can't understand her)

Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.
