Gonna ask again here, my mom has restarted her A16 5G multiple times but her screen freezes. Is A36 a good upgrade for her? She only complains about apps being slow (processor power sucks probably on A16). Any tips? I'd like a phone that will work for at least 3+ years for her. She bought a samsung fitbit 3 or something and she likes the ecosystem
