Monica's TC involves her trying to get Owner to see her as an adult and be someone who can stand beside Owner, they go on some dates but she's frustrated because she feels like she's still not being seen as an adult. Eventually she decides to just straight up show him her true face by inviting him to the casino and outright confessing that she wants to be together more, hold hands together more, have more dates together, then straight up saying that she wants to be your lover and confesses.

In the dates involved shopping and picking out her new swimsuits and playing a crane game. She gets a stuffed animal from the crane game and later gets another of the same kind so that they both have matching stuffed animals. She starts calling you her darling toward the end of her TC episode, it's pretty cute.
