For me it's more that I find normal settings where seemingly everyone is a lesbian to be rather silly affairs to the point that it's immersion breaking. If you don't want any non lesbians in your work, you need to either fully embrace the silliness and go nuts with it (wagayuri, mahoako, Shi ni modori harem queen, even something like Yuru Yuri sort of falls into this category) or come up with an actual reason for why it's plausible that everyone's a lesbian. (Her Rapeness and Pierrot's insect yuri are extreme examples of this, but the MC picking up cast members in lesbian brothels is just as fine of an explanation)
Way too many stories have a higher lesbian to non lesbian ratio than lesbian bars without any explanation for why they're all congregating there.

Also I'm a sucker for coming out to family scenes.
