Also if you're still reading you should definitely look into potassium gluconate as a suppliment and salt substitute which is just potassium chloride. Especially if you're over 35. Most Muricans and adults in general do not get enough potassium in their diets and tbh its difficult as the soil our crops are grown in is already deficient in these very vital nutrients.
Also if you have any kidney or liver damage or dysfunction, check with your doctor before starting any new suppliments. Both potassium and magnesium are ok if you have a healthy liver and kidneys but may cause issues if either of those are not up to par.
