they are pretty confusing. basically c1 gives her more flight time and reduces the penalty for playing 2 element teams over 3 element teams, and c2 completely removes the penalty and gives her some aoe

Short of newbabs chasing constellations and weapons to do slopcontent like Abyss/Imagiborium reliably, I like to think contributing to the decline in revenue helps ensure I get more free stuff if Mihoyo ever get anxious about profits
