Do you guys think anyone would real a le epic 90s AIM chat deadmall liminal spaces retro futurism nostalgiabait novel? Been wanting to write this cyberpunk type shit about a guy who has a manic pixie dreamgirl oneitis as a kid who partied and had colored hair and shit like OPs pic. Then she ODd on some drug, and he becomes a vengeful hacker attacking the megacorp that made it. Then he manages to basically bring her back to life through some matrix wizardry, and actually finds her really annoying and a dumb consumerist whore. Then he either kills himself, or copes with his nostalgia being fake and moves on. Idk if you can bring across that "deadmall" aesthetic in words very well. Its like, old signs and different fonts and styles. Like vaporwave but quieter colors.
