Is there any chance we ever get a NIN season or did everyone shitting on the Witchgang thing pretty much guarantee we won't?

I'm assuming we stopped getting Trent Reznor stuff because everyone hated WitchGang, so why didn't we just get more NIN instead, are they stupid?
