I cant say if your CMC needs modded or not as I'm running a Schmid Tool flat trigger GI spec cit as per picrel modded for a Hoffman.

I would drop in a mill spec semi trigger to see if it behaves like the trigger in the vid and if Also your CMC trigger behaves the same.
