They're all part of the same world, set on three different continents.

One was an eastern continent full of deserts and mountains, a sort of ancient near-east/central asia type of deal (Sands of Karak, Age of Tyranny, Reign of Sorcery).

One was a western continent, with a more temperate environment, full of forests, goblins in the forests, alpine mountains, orcs in the mountains, and an empire that span almost the entire continent. (For the Empire, the Anarchy, The Bereaved, Enemy Within).

The final continent was an archipelago/series of isles in the northern sea full of lizardmen and elves and the ancient remnant of a dead god. I didn't get to explore this one, because the game I was setting it in took quite a sharp turn, when the tiefling character killed the ship's bard in his sleep, and the game went from Volsunga Saga to Treasure Island, with mutinies and treacheries (Winds of Change).

The only two running threads were the Empire in the western continent, which over the campaigns, went from a rising empire to a failing one. The other thread was an orphan girl, who was adopted by the party in the Reign of Sorcery game, and she was given to the tower of mages to study magic, and she returned as an adult in the final game.

Here's another drawing, although it's quite unfinished and the lizard looks too much like a digimon.
