The immediate answer is to just make the 30% NP charge gift that her NP has more usable. As it is now it's useless in looping scenarios because you only get it if she NPs after the damage dealer, and if you do Damage NP -> Crane NP, the Crane NP doesn't happen if the wave was cleared. So I'd say fix the 30% charge to be "Apply a state to the left most ally for 1 turn: "At the start of the next turn, increase NP gauge by 30%"

Alternatively you lean more into her specific use in challenge quests where waves matter less, in which case I'd buff her third skill and add 100% buff removal resistance for 3 turns for the target ally and a 20% rainbow card type buff. Doing this would separate her more from Chloe, since Chloes is actually very buff light outside of the NP charge she gifts, while Cranes whole thing is that she just adds even more to buff stacking.
